Marion-Polk Food Share Board of Directors meets on the 4th Friday of each month at 8:30 am in the MPFS Community Room, 1660 Salem Industrial Drive NE, Salem. Visitors are welcome.
Board members are elected to serve three-year terms. Board officers are elected annually at the Annual Meeting in September.
Elected board members agree to support Marion-Polk Food Share’s mission, purposes, goals, policies and programs. They also participate in decisions and participatory actions that involve fiduciary responsibility and fundraising and serve on board advisory committees.
The community is encouraged to contact board members with suggestions or concerns that involve hunger issues in Marion and Polk counties or with questions about the organization or operations of Marion-Polk Food Share.
