Food and fund drive barrel request form

Thank you for your interest in coordinating a food and fund drive. Please complete the following form and click Submit Request to send it to Marion-Polk Food Share. We will contact you to confirm your delivery and pickup schedule.

Please allow minimum 48 hour notice for delivery of your supplies. We ask all participants to pick up supplies and deliver collected food whenever possible.

If you have questions, please call Brian Haley at Marion-Polk Food Share at 503-581-3855, ext. 327. We will try to meet your requested delivery and pickup dates as much as possible.
