Upcoming Fund & Food Drives
Governor's State Employees Food/Fund Drive
February 1 to February 28
The State Employees Food Drive is the largest food drive benefitting Marion-Polk Food Share and the Oregon Food Bank network. Each year, state employees help fight hunger by working together to raise food and funds through payroll deductions, fundraising events and food drives.
Last year the drive collected 3,876,788 pounds of food for the statewide network.
Do you know a state employee? Be sure to thank them for the great work they do to help fight hunger in Oregon.

National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive
Saturday, May 12
Help letter carriers stamp out hunger!
It's easy to participate.
•Look for a special plastic bag in your mail during the first week of May. The bags are biodegradable.
•Fill the bag (or any bag) with nutritious, nonperishable food.
•Place it by your mailbox early on Saturday, May 12.
Your letter carrier will pick up food donations while delivering the mail. The food is sorted by volunteers at local post offices and donated to Marion-Polk Food Share. All food stays in the community where it was collected.
Wells Fargo is a major sponsor of the National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive.
