Wonderful story in today’s Statesman Journal about Marion-Polk Food Share’s innovative protein patty that will be hitting emergency food boxes in March.

Our very own chef Steve Morton is the developer of this low-cost, high-protein product that will deliver 10 grams of protein for about 10 cents — important during a time when the cost of protein in the marketplace is soaring. Read more.
