Director of People and Culture

The Director of People and Culture oversees the Food Share’s engagement of its most valuable resource – people. The Director of People and Culture will lead on culture practices, and provide expertise and support in the areas of Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Policy and Procedure Development, and HR Compliance.

Communications Manager

The Communications Manager engages the community in the Food Share’s mission through social media, website posts, digital content, media outreach, signage and printed materials. This position will be responsible for interviewing people who are involved with the Food Share, and sharing their stories, as well as developing, implementing and maintaining effective strategies for engaging the community through the Food Share’s communication channels. Front Office Coordinator

This position welcomes visitors, volunteers and community partners to Marion Polk Food Share, trains and mentors Vocational Program front desk trainees and provides general office assistance.

Warehouse Generalist (Temporary-2 positions available)

The Warehouse Generalist will work with a team to help fill agency orders and manage the product flow through the warehouse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accurately filling food orders for partner agencies, working with the warehouse team to assist in managing the product flow through the warehouse and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. There are 2 (two) Warehouse Generalist positions available.

AWARE Pantry Assistant (Temporary)

The AWARE Pantry Assistant supports operations of the AWARE Food Bank in Woodburn, Oregon. This position maintains a clean and organized warehouse, receives and stores product, stocks pantry shelves, and monitors inventory.

The Iskam Warehouse Assistant supports operations of the Iskam Food Pantry in Grand Ronde, Oregon. This position maintains a clean and organized warehouse, receives and stores product, stocks pantry shelves, and monitors inventory.
