Where to Find Safe Drinking Water

Free drinking water is available in various location in Salem, Keizer and Turner to aid all of those affected by the City of Salem’s Water Advisory. Please visit the links below for more detailed information.

  • The City of Salem has updates about the advisory and a list as well as a map of water distribution sites. Please visit their website: www.cityofsalem.net
  • If you or anyone you know is home bound in Salem and needs safe drinking water, please call Marion Polk Food Share at 503-581-3855.
  • Marion-Polk Food Share has and will continue to distribute donated bottled water to our network of food pantries, meal sites and service agencies. These sites are distributing bottled water to anyone at risk due to the advisory. Please click on www.marionpolkfoodshare.org/get-help to find a map and list of locations and hours of operation.
    • According to the City of Salem, the advisory applies to: “Children under the age of six, people with compromised immune systems, people receiving dialysis treatment, people with pre-existing liver conditions, pets, pregnant women or nursing mothers, or other sensitive populations.”
